The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway, the item will NOT be accepted back. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund.
